ARTICULO 13. - Vencido el término de fijación en lista o el término probatorio según el caso, el Magistrado - sustanciador procederá a elaborar y presentar el respectivo proyecto, dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes y la Corporación dispondrá de un tiempo igual para pronunciar la sentencia.
