º. La Dirección del Tesoro Nacional constituirá y administrará, de manera separada, un portafolio con los TES, Clase "B" redimidos en el Fondo. Para el efecto, la entidad que haya celebrado con la Nación el contrato de administración de dichos títulos, informará diariamente a la mencionada dirección sobre los títulos redimidos por los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional. A dicho portafolio le serán aplicables las disposiciones del artículo 60 de la Ley 179 de 1994.
