Cuando entre un aeródromo y el lugar de destino sea necesario recorrer el trayecto por camino de herradura o en vehículos que no tengan tarifa conocida, podrá liquidarse para el pago de fletes o pasajes una cantidad equivalente a la fijada en el artículo 12 del presente Decreto.
