La Nación procederá a adquirir la casa en que nacieron los próceres José María y Salvador Córdoba, en la ciudad de Concepción (Departamento de Antioquia), y por conducto de la Dirección Nacional de Bellas Artes procederá a sostener de manera decorosa y digna la conservación de tal monumento histórico y a darle la destinación acorde con los fines que se persiguen.
