Repealed

El Presidente de la comisión partidora promoverá el arbitramento y representara la parcialidad de indígenas para los efectos del artículo 308 de la Ley 105 de 1890 y para los demás tramites del juicio.

Parágrafo 1

Al comenzar sus labores la comisión elegirá su Presidente y llevara actas formales de sus trabajos.

Parágrafo 2

. Los libros de actas de las comisiones y los expedientes que levanten se archivaran en el sitio que determine el Gobernador del Departamento.
