º . Patrimonio adecuado . De acuerdo con el artículo 94 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y el artículo 82, numeral 1º del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, las sociedades que administren fondos de pensiones y de cesantías deberán mantener y acreditar ante la Superintendencia Bancaria niveles adecuados de patrimonio, de conformidad con las normas del presente Decreto.
