Quince días después de la publicación del último aviso, se procederá a la liquidación en la siguiente forma: en primer lugar se reintegrarán al Estado los aportes oficiales, y en segundo lugar se pagarán las obligaciones contraídas con terceros observando las disposiciones legales sobre prelación de créditos. Si cumplido lo anterior queda un remanente del activo patrimonial, éste pasará a la organización comunal que haya seleccionado la asamblea de la Junta disuelta, o en su defecto al Fondo de Desarrollo Comunal, el cual deberá destinarlo a las organizaciones comunales del mismo municipio.
