Del reajuste de la renta . En los contratos de arrendamiento pactados por períodos mayores de un año, o en sus prórrogas, podrán preverse reajustes del valor de la renta, con subordinación en todo caso a lo que prevean las normas legales o reglamentarias sobre el control de arrendamientos.
