EL Fondo Adaptación, integrará los Comités Asesores que considere necesarios para la evaluación de las ofertas de manera objetiva, tomando en consideración únicamente las reglas contenidas en la invitación a contratar, y sus miembros estarán sujetos al régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades y conflicto de intereses de los servidores públicos. Los Comité recomendarán a quien corresponda la decisión a adoptar, de conformidad con la evaluación efectuada.
