Art. 7.° Los pobres de solemnidad no están obligados á hacer uso de papel sellado en sus gestiones judiciales, después de obtenida la declaración de tal calidad. La actuación que tenga por objeto alcanzar dicha declaración, se extenderá en papel común, siempre que no tenga algún otro objeto y que se siga breve y sumariamente.
