Artículo primero . Los pagos de las sumas que se adeudan a los ex-trabajadores de Carreteras Nacionales del Huila. conforme a sentencias judiciales, para los cuáles se apropió la cantidad de $300.000.00 en el artículo 31242 del Capítulo 3109 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, se harán personalmente a los interesados, por conducto del Ingeniero Jefe del Distrito de Obras Públicas del Huila.
