Del objeto y la responsabilidad. Planificación y administración del agua subterránea, mediante la ejecución de proyectos y actividades de conservación, protección y uso sostenible del recurso. La autoridad ambiental competente formulará el plan.

Parágrafo

En los Planes de Manejo Ambiental de Acuíferos se deberá desarrollar el mecanismo de consulta previa a las comunidades étnicas cuando a ello haya lugar, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos para tal efecto.
