Artículo único Apruebas en todas sus partes, con la sola modificación de cambiar la palabra cuarta por cuota en los dos casos en que aquella ocurre en el artículo 10, el contrato número 78 de 1892, celebrado con el señor Miguel Jerónimo Canal apoderado de los señores Leal, González & Compañía, adicional y reformatorio del celebrado con el señor Ramón González Valencia para la construcción y explotación del Ferrocarril de Cúcuta al río Magdalena.
