ARTICULO 127 . Para obtener licencia de navegación como tripulante de nave de recreo, o patrón de embarcación deportiva, se deberán satisfacer los siguientes requisitos

Acreditar la idoneidad correspondiente mediante curso especial, comprobación de experiencia en el mar, o mediante exámenes, según el caso.

Tener más de 16 años de edad, para tripulante de naves de recreo.

Presentar solicitud escrita ante la Capitanía de Puerto.
