El gobierno tomara en lo relativo al ferrocarril de Puerto Wilches las medidas necesarias para intensificar los trabajos de manera que la suma correspondiente a las cuotas en los contados segundo y tercero de la expresada indemnización, sea invertida en su totalidad en el curso del año de 1924.
