Artículo primero. Aclárase el artículo del Decreto número 2978 de 1960, en el sentido de que la Comisión de Rehabilitación suprimida es la creada por el artículo 1° del Decreto número 135 de 23 de enero de 1900, que sustituyó a la creada por Decreto número 1718 de 3 de septiembre de 1958, reintegrada por Decreto número 2503 de 17 de septiembre de 1959.
