Actas: De Jas deliberaciones y decisiones de la Junta Directiva, se dejará testimonio en actas que se asentarán en un libro destinado al efecto, registrado en la Cámara de Comercio y foliado por ella, las que , serán firmadas por el Presidente y el Secretario. La Junta; podrá ordenar que sus actas y las dé la Asamblea General de Accionistas obren en un solo libro.
