º . Requisitos. Cuando el asalariado obtenga ingresos provenientes de la relación laboral o legal y reglamentaria que en el año inmediatamente anterior hayan sido inferiores al tope establecido en el artículo 2º y opte por la disminución por pagos de salud y educación, deberá cumplir las condiciones que establezca el Gobierno Nacional anualmente.
