En la resolución de reconocimiento se ordenará el registro del Fondo de Empleados, cuerpo directivo y representante legal. La resolución de reconocimiento, el acta de constitución y los estatutos, deberán ser protocolizados en tina Notaría del domicilio principal del Fondo, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la notificación de la mencionada resolución. Para todos los efectos legales, será prueba suficiente de la existencia de un fondo de empleados y de su representación Legal, la certificación que expida el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas.
