º . Restaurantes turísticos obligados al pago de la contribución parafiscal para la promoción del turismo. De conformidad con los artículos 40, 62, literal h, y 88 de la Ley 300 de 1996, están obligados al pago de la contribución parafiscal para la promoción del turismo, los restaurantes turísticos o establecimientos de gastronomía que estén obligados a inscribirse en el Registro Nacional de Turismo.
