Si como resultado de las consultas mencionadas en el artículo anterior, no se llegare a un acuerdo para atenuar o evitar la desorganización del mercado, el Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior analizará la situación y efectuará la correspondiente recomendación al Consejo Superior de Comercio Exterior para los efectos previstos en el numeral 8 del artículo 27 del Decreto 2553 de 1999.
