ARTICULO 1.8.2.3.2 . OPERACIONES AUTORIZADAS AL FONDO DE GARANTÍAS DE INSTITUCIONES FINANCIERAS. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras podrá adquirir acreencias contra las instituciones cuya liquidación adelanta y asumir obligaciones a favor de las mismas, en las condiciones que determine la junta directiva del Fondo.
