º . Adiciónase el numeral 1º del artículo 1º del Decreto 768 del 23 de abril de 1993, en el sentido de incluir como requisito además de los señalados en el mencionado numeral, la presentación de copia autentica de los poderes que los beneficiarios de la condena otorgaron ante la jurisdicción, o en su defecto certificación sobre la identificación de los mismos expedida por la autoridad jurisdiccional respectiva.
