Participación real, activa y efectiva . Las distintas entidades del Estado con competencia en materia de desarrollo, ejecución y seguimiento de la gestión y operación catastral multipropósito garantizarán la participación real, activa y efectiva de los pueblos indígenas mediante procedimientos adecuados e idóneos en todas las actuaciones objeto de esta norma, las cuales se realizarán en coordinación y concertación con las autoridades indígenas de manera permanente y bajo el postulado del respeto del pluralismo jurídico.
