De la celebración indebida de contratos. Los Gerentes o Directores que, en ejercicio de sus funciones, celebren contrato con personas que se hallen inhabilitadas para ello por la Constitución o la Ley, serán sancionadas con la destitución. La misma sanción se aplicará cuando el contrato se celebre con un pariente, dentro del segundo grado de consanguinidad o primero de afinidad o civil, o con un socio, en sociedad distinta de la anónima, de quien designó al respectivo Gerente o Director.
