Todos los deportistas colombianos a que se refiere el título V de la Ley 181 de 1995, serán debidamente carnetizados conjuntamente por el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, y el Comité Olímpico Colombiano, incluidos los bachilleres del Servicio Cívico Deportivo. Durante la vigencia del carné, tales deportistas tendrán derecho a los estímulos académicos, económicos y de seguridad social en las condiciones establecidas en la citada ley. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, reglamentará lo dispuesto en este artículo.
