Artículo primero. Apruébase el "Convenio sobre las infracciones y ciertos otros actos cometidos a bordo de las aeronaves" hecho en Tokio el día 14 de septiembre de 1963 y firmado por el Plenipotenciario de Colombia el día 8 de noviembre de 1968, cuyo texto oficial es el siguiente:
