Art. 179. Los Agentes del Ministerio público, los representantes de las Corporaciones, Congregaciones ó Comunidades, y los guardadores, no pueden ratificar lo actuado ante el Juez ó Magistrado incompetente, en el caso de que la jurisdicción sea improrrogable, sino por causa de utilidad evidente, judicialmente declarada.
