El Ministerio de la Cultura, a través del Archivo General de la Nación y el del sector correspondiente, de conformidad con las normas aplicables, reglamentarán lo relacionado con los tiempos de retención documental, organización y conservación de las historias clínicas, historias laborales, documentos contables y documentos notariales. Así mismo, se reglamentará lo atinente a los documentos producidos por las entidades privadas que presten servicios públicos.
