Art. 1.° Concédese á la Sra. María del Rosario Guerrero, por una sola vez, la recompensa de ochocientos pesos ($ 800) á que tiene derecho según el ordinal 1. ° del artículo 295 de la Ley 153 de 1887 , como hija del militar de la Independencia José del Rosario Guerrero.

Dicha cantidad se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de gastos del próximo bienio.
