Delegación para contratar . El Director de Impuestos Nacionales podrá delegar en el Subdirector General, en el Jefe de la Oficina Escuela Nacional de Impuestos, en el Jefe de la Oficina de Administración, y en los Administradores de Impuestos, total o parcialmente la facultad de contratación y ordenación de gastos y pagos de los recursos asignados a la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales.
