° La Empresa de que trata el presente Decreto, tendrá por objeto la explotación y administración del monopolio rentístico declarado por la Ley 10 de 1990 artículo 42, y en desarrollo de su objeto social, la empresa podrá mantener, mejorar, extender, modernizar, dirigir y administrar las actividades propias de la industria y el comercio de este monopolio.
