El Director Ejecutivo deberá ser un experto de amplias y reconocidas competencias y experiencia en la técnica de organización y manejo de empresas. Su remuneración será fijada por la Junta Directiva con aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, y su cargo es incompatible con el desempeño de cualquier clase de funciones públicas y con las actividades privadas que determine la Junta Directiva.
