Artículo Cuarto. Constituye causal para negar la inscripción de las juntas directivas de las organizaciones sindicales, el que la elección sea contraria a la Constitución Política, a la ley o a los estatutos; o que producido el auto de objeciones no se dé cumplimiento a lo que en él se dispone.
