Beneficiarios.El cónyuge supérstite, el compañero o compañera permanente y los hijos menores o los mayores incapacitados física o mentalmente y de manera permanente, de un funcionario o empleado de la Rama Jurisdiccional o del Ministerio Público que muriere como consecuencia de homicidio voluntario, durante eldesempeño de su cargo y sin haber cumplido el tiempo de servicio requerido por la Ley para adquirir el derecho a la Pensión de Jubilación, tendrá derecho a una Pensión Vitalicia del 75% del sueldo o salario que devengaba al momento de su muerte.
