º. Expediente . Recibida la solicitud por el Instituto o cuando se tenga conocimiento de la necesidad de legalizar el territorio que ocupa una comunidad indígena, para los fines señalados en este Capítulo y la Ley 160 de 1994, se conformará un expediente que contenga las diligencias administrativas correspondientes y las comunicaciones que se reciban relacionadas con la solicitud.
