Artículo tercero . Son funciones del Mecanotaquígrafo

a)

Tomar taquigráficamente los dictados y trascribirlos a máquina. (notas, cartas, memorandos, oficios, informes, pedidos, lo tratado en reuniones y conferencias).

b)

Redactar cartas, oficios y memorandos de rutina, de acuerdo con las instrucciones dadas por el Asistente Administrativo.

c)

Verificar las correcciones de los trabajos y mecanografiarlos.

d)

Realizar tareas sencillas de archivo de la correspondencia que llegue al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio y de otros documentos.

e)

Hacer y recibir llamadas telefónicas y trasmitir los mensajes al Asistente Administrativo.

f)

Atender a las personas que acudan a las oficinas del Fondo Rotatorio para obtener alguna información o concertar entrevistas.

g)

Colaborar en la ejecución de otras labores de oficina cuando así lo dispongan sus superiores.
