º. La autenticación o reconocimiento notarial de firmas, causan un derecho de $1.00 por cada firma. En todo reconocimiento de firmase dejara constancia de la comparecencia personal del signatario y del documento con el que se haya identificado. Cuando un reconocimiento o autenticación se haga con intervención de testigos de abono o con firmas a ruego, solo se cobrara por concepto de la firma reconocida o autenticada.
