El patrimonio del Fondo se integra con los siguientes bienes
Las sumas que con tal objeto se incluyan en los presupuestos de la Nación.
Las rentas que el Congreso destine para tal fin.
Los aportes que le hagan los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Municipios.
Los aportes de otras entidades oficiales, semioficiales y privadas y de los particulares; y
Los ingresos que obtenga por cualquier otro concepto. CAPITULO V Control fiscal.
