La Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero y el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria aceptarán planes especiales de crédito y dotación de tierras para facilitar, a quienes se acojan a los beneficios de este Decreto, su reincorporación a la legítima actividad económica. Los créditos que se otorguen podrán tener garantía de la Nación.
