Art. 2.° La distribucion del trabajo en las secciones de la Secretaria continuará haciéndose como lo dispone el decreto orgánico citado; pero el Oficial mayo alterará accidentalmente dicha distribucion entre los empleados de las secciones, cuando asi lo exija el mas pronto o mejor servicio público.
