AGRAVACION PUNITIVA. La pena prevista en el artículo anterior se aumentará hasta en la mitad, cuando el hecho se cometa en tiempo de guerra, conmoción interior o turbación del orden público o ante la proximidad de rebeldes o sediciosos, y hasta el doble en tiempo de guerra o cuando se hubiere empleado violencia.
