ARTICULO 2.4.6.5.2 .- OBLIGACIONES Y CARTERA DEL FONDO FINANCIERO FORESTAL. De manera análoga a lo establecido en el artículo anterior, el Banco de la República endosará las obligaciones y cederá a Finagro la cartera del Fondo Financiero Forestal, creado por la Ley 26 de 1977. Su pago al Banco de la República se hará con recursos del presupuesto nacional.
