El uso de ácidos corrosivos, bases cáusticas, estricnina, warferina, cianuro o arsénico para producir la muerte de un animal, se castigará con pena de arresto de tres (3) a seis (6) meses y multa de diez mil ($ 10.000.00) a cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00).
