De la responsabilidad por la realización de los concursos . El respectivo organismo o entidad al cual pertenezcan los empleos por proveer será responsable de la realización de os concursos de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas

Los concursantes deberán identificarse para evitar suplantaciones;

Se implantará un control estricto de pruebas, con el fin de evitar la pérdida y divulgación del material de examen;

Las pruebas deberán contener instrucciones precisas y ser administradas correctamente.
