Se establece un impuesto de un peso oro ($ 1) sobre cada millar de cocos que se exporte de las islas y cayos que constituyen el Archipiélago.

Parágrafo

El diez por ciento (10 por 100) de este impuesto se destinara exclusivamente a las mejoras materiales de las poblaciones de la Intendencia, y su producto será administrado por una Junta, compuesta del Intendente, quien la presidirá, y de tres vecino, nombrados por la Municipalidad de San Andrés.
