En los eventos en que el Viceministro de Comercio Exterior ó los Directores de Negociaciones Multilaterales, de Negociaciones Bilaterales y Organismos Internacionales y de Inversión Extranjera del Ministerio deban actuar en el exterior a nombre y en representación del país, tendrán carácter de embajador en misión diplomática.
