Los derechos fijados en esta tarifa, podrán aumentarse proporcionalmente y por el tiempo que fuere necesario, a juicio del Administrador de la Aduana, cuando el alza de los salarios de los braceros u otras causas imprevistas así lo exijan. La Resolución que decrete el aumento será sometida a la aprobación previa del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
