º . Adiciónase al artículo 24 del Decreto 692 de 1994, con el siguiente

Parágrafo transitorio

Únicamente durante el lapso comprendido entre julio y septiembre de 1994, los empleadores cuyos trabajadores afiliados al ISS decidan trasladarse a otras administradoras de fondos de pensiones, podrán cancelar los aportes del respectivo mes, consignándolos a favor de las administradoras, dentro de los primeros veinticinco (25) días calendario de cada mes".
