La suma autorizada por el artículo anterior se tomará del Capítulo 74, artículo 805 del Presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal en curso, liquidado para el Ministerio de Fomento, y se pagará con sujeción a las normas legales y de régimen fiscal respectivas.
